A New Menu in the Making

Our team of chefs, Paul Wakelin, Mandla Nomsinga and Alretha Nel are busy rolling out their ideas for the new Fat Fish menu and our mid-morning hunger pangs have never been this well catered for as a lucky few of us get to taste!

Succulent lamb cutlets on a bed of chorizo, black bean and cannellini fricassee… Sesame crusted seared salmon salad with quail eggs and a citrus vinaigrette…Parmesan gratin, wild mushroom rib eye steaks…a small teaser of what is in store.  Even our beloved sushi menu is getting a makeover.  What a pleasure to watch these three, super energetic, passionate professionals doing what they love the most.
