Whether you visit The Fat Fish in Plettenberg Bay or The Fat Fish in George you are in for a treat. Seasoned restaurateur, Simon Ash has created two beautiful yet unique environments in which to enjoy a predominantly seafood based menu. While the two restaurants are quite individual in terms of personality the same exacting standards of service and quality of food and wine apply to both of these well loved Garden Route establishments.

In Plettenberg Bay you will be greeted by an open and spacious light filled interior with views of the sea and the famous Beacon Isle Hotel. The restaurant is stylish yet casual and a large terrace ensures al fresco dining on a perfect Plett evening is always an option.

In George, you are spoilt for choice with a number of smaller rooms on varying levels to ensure an intimate dining experience. The outdoor tables in George are surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden and water features - a true respite on a hot summers day.

Another feature of The Fat Fish in George is a beautifully appointed private meeting room, The Fontus. Available to hire for executive boardroom meetings, corporate presentations or training initiatives.

Both restaurants have wood burning fires and fluffy blankets on hand to cater for the short Garden Route winter months.
