Long term Plett local, David recently joined the Fat Fish in Plettenberg as Assistant Head Chef. In the short time he has been with us, David’s calm and perpetually pleasant demeanor has won firm favour with our team in the kitchen as he quietly gets on with the business of running our kitchen like a well-oiled machine.
